Unfortunately, you cannot use our online refund system if you booked via a travel agent. You can request a refund for tickets paid with blue credits here. You can find these conditions in the confirmation e-mail you received after booking your flight. If you choose to postpone your trip, check your ticket conditions to see if you’re entitled to a refund. However, a fare difference and change fee may apply.
